About the Role
As an Escalation Resolution Associate at Tripadvisor, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through phone, chat, and email, resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands and deliver high-quality results.
- Empathize with customers, prioritizing their needs, and upholding company values.
- Exude patience and ownership with each customer, resolving conflicts and setting appropriate expectations.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and coworkers, documenting customer account activities thoroughly.
Requirements
- Minimum of six months of experience in Customer Service in an office/call centre setting.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to cope well in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Flexibility in work hours based on scheduling needs and customer demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call centre customer service experience.
- Experience delivering service through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, or service through social media.
