Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our retail team in Oxford, United Kingdom, and deliver exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.
Requirements:
