Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

We are a leading provider of specialist lifting equipment and installations hire and sales functions at GAP Group LTD.

About the Role:

  • Support the growth of our Lifting Services Division by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions for various customers, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using in-depth knowledge of lifting equipment.
  2. Work closely with colleagues to design, install, and maintain specialist lifting equipment, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for growth through proactive engagement.
  4. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, prioritizing employee and customer safety.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics) or equivalent experience required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of lifting equipment and its applications essential for success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong customer relationships.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
