LGBTQIA+ Community Liaison

We are seeking a charismatic and approachable individual to serve as our LGBTQIA+ Community Liaison.

About the Position

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with local community groups, promoting LGBTQIA+ events, and working closely with our Team to achieve shared goals.

  • Engage with community groups to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to promote inclusivity and diversity.
  • Collaborate with our Communications Officer to promote events effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on community events and initiatives.
Essential Skills

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • Able to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of local community resources and services.
