Role Overview

Oxford Pride is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Engagement Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising opportunities and maintaining a register of volunteers.
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy to engage volunteers and keep them informed about events and activities.
  • Brief volunteers on their roles and responsibilities, and manage the volunteer rota for Parade Day.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage teams, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, event management, or community outreach.

Working Arrangements:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Expenses will be reimbursed.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
