The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment process, including advertising opportunities and maintaining a register of volunteers.
- Organizing social events and activities to engage volunteers and promote team building.
- Briefing volunteers on their roles and responsibilities, and managing the volunteer rota for Parade Day.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage teams, and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in recruitment, event management, or community outreach.
