About the Job

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service-wide performance and quality targets.


Job Description:
  • Salary: £12 per hour PAYE.
  • Working Hours: 37 hours Monday – Friday, normal working hours.
  • Hybrid Working: We offer flexible working arrangements to ensure that you can balance your work and personal life.
  • Role-Specific Knowledge: Full training will be provided on the role-specific knowledge required to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Application Processing: Process applications using agreed procedures and guidance, to meet service-wide performance and quality targets.
  • Data Entry: Inputting data to register applications for Planning, Building Control, Housing, Taxi Licensing, and other suitable services.
  • Training and Development: Undertake regular training to become proficient in processing applications for multiple services.
  • Customer Service: Work with the team to provide excellent customer service, ensuring phone and email cover during core hours, and meeting agreed targets in relation to call-answering.
  • Liaison: Liaise with colleagues and external customers to resolve queries, providing world-class customer service.

Requirements:
  • Education: Good general education including GCSE grade A*- C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Experience: In-depth understanding of health and care system and relationships with both local & national government.
  • Skills: Experience of updating workplace ICT systems quickly & accurately using effective data entry skills.
  • Organisation: Experience of prioritising and organising work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Experience of delivering excellent customer service in the workplace.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent.
