As an Account Manager at OUP, you will provide comprehensive account management support to English Language Teaching customers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service who can serve as the key point of contact for customers.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing full, accurate, and comprehensive sales order management services from order receipt to delivery in the market.
- You will support the Sales teams with commercial activity and proactively provide input into the sales process.
- You will provide extensive and proactive customer care experiences for customers and local area managers/Regional Sales Directors.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
