About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT services.

Your role will involve conducting regular performance reviews, presenting reports to demonstrate service value, and driving upselling opportunities. You will also lead and develop our sales strategy, attend networking and supplier events, and provide the leadership team with an overview of account performance, spend, and opportunity for growth.

Commercially, you will be responsible for setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, and monitoring sales metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. You will also suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Culturally, you will be building and maintaining strong client relationships as a company ambassador, managing key accounts to drive sales and meet/exceed targets, and conducting performance reviews and presentations to showcase service value.
