Regional Drinks Account Director

In this pivotal position, you will serve as a liaison between Global Brands Limited and regional key accounts in the on-trade retail channel. Your primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with these accounts to drive sales growth and ensure long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will implement and execute the sales strategy for the on-trade channel, aligning with the company's overarching objectives.
As a seasoned negotiator, you will facilitate discussions with key accounts to secure favourable terms and conditions. Your analytical mind will enable you to conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth within the on-trade sector. Furthermore, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives, preparing regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and account activity to inform business decisions.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in commercial account management, preferably within the On Trade Drinks sector. Your proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel, as well as experience with Salesforce, will be highly beneficial. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, a performance-based annual bonus, company car or car allowance, enrolment into our health & wellbeing scheme, 25 days holiday, pension, and opportunities for career progression within the business await the successful candidate.
