Job Summary

A leading integrated marketing agency based in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Account Director - Automotive to join their team.

This role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Work with an Account Executive providing guidance & support where necessary.
  • Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.

About You:

  • You should have at least 4 years' experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally.
