About the Role

As a valued member of our customer support team, the Escalation Resolution Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively resolve complex customer issues through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Communicate effective solutions to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining high-quality outputs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in call centre customer service
  • Experience delivering service through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
