About the Role

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor at Tripadvisor, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Handle English and Italian customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, adhering to company policies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and finding resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve support escalations and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as an internal escalation point for Tier 1 support issues.
  • Meet monthly performance goals, including response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role with technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply analytical and investigative techniques to resolve customer issues creatively.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
