About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Bókun, a leading business management software for the travel industry. As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing prompt and professional support.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to resolve customer problems.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  4. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  5. Escalate issues to senior support teams as necessary, ensuring seamless handover and resolution.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and website CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
