Mobile Sales Advocate

We are seeking a confident and driven individual to join our Field Sales Representatives team. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering exceptional service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
About the Role- Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible working hours between 16 to 30 hours a week for part-time opportunities and 37.5 hours a week for full-time.
- Work hours are between 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm once you are in the field.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is customer-focused, and thrives in a target-driven environment. You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sell our products and services to existing and potential customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with uncapped commission potential.
