As a Business Development Manager with The Advocate Group, you will be responsible for driving engagement in the on-trade and cultivating new business across multi-site groups for a leading drinks business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Oversee the London area and effectively manage On Trade Groups.">
  • Maintain existing business through customer satisfaction and retention.">
  • Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.">
  • Identify long-term goals, devise BD strategies, and contribute to overall business goals.">
  • Be a brand ambassador, promoting a permanent menu fixture, house pour, and promotional events.">
  • Work towards pre-agreed targets, accurate forecasting, and delivering results.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Experience managing On Trade customers within the London region.">
  • Good knowledge of the Drinks industry.">
  • Demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and consistently achieve targets.">
  • Able to manage diary effectively and get the most out of client visits.">
  • A good team player but also, a self-starter who can work off their own initiative.">
