">As a Business Development Manager with The Advocate Group, you will be responsible for driving engagement in the on-trade and cultivating new business across multi-site groups for a leading drinks business.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the London area and effectively manage On Trade Groups.">
- Maintain existing business through customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.">
- Identify long-term goals, devise BD strategies, and contribute to overall business goals.">
- Be a brand ambassador, promoting a permanent menu fixture, house pour, and promotional events.">
- Work towards pre-agreed targets, accurate forecasting, and delivering results.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience managing On Trade customers within the London region.">
- Good knowledge of the Drinks industry.">
- Demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and consistently achieve targets.">
- Able to manage diary effectively and get the most out of client visits.">
- A good team player but also, a self-starter who can work off their own initiative.">
Salary and Benefits
">This is a competitive opportunity offering a salary up to £45,000 plus travel allowance and 20% bonus, making it an attractive option for those passionate about premium on-trade hospitality.
