**Job Title:** Premium Sales Manager
**Salary Estimate:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading luxury fashion retailer as a Premium Sales Manager in our London Oxford Street store. As a highly skilled and experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximising turnover, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in luxury retail, preferably within the premium sector.
- Proven sales and leadership experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
