At Fluid Fusion, we are seeking two highly motivated and ambitious Wine Sales Executives to join our team in the North and East Midlands regions.

Job Overview:

We are an established Italian wine business with a vast portfolio of high-quality wines. As part of our strategic growth plan, we require two Wine Sales Executives to handle the sales, distribution, and promotion of premium and prestige wine brands within designated territories.

Sales Territories:

The two territories are the M62 Corridor (Manchester to West Yorkshire) and the East Midlands (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire).

About the Role:

You will operate as a Sales Executive on behalf of Fluid Fusion, focusing on developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Your customer base will typically consist of independent On Trade venues, including premium bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and small regional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase wine sales and market share within your designated territory
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers on premium and prestige wine brands
  • Conduct product tastings and training sessions for customers as required
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with a true passion for wine and the drive to succeed in the On Trade wine industry
  • Detailed knowledge of the wine category, including the ability to identify, recommend, and secure listings for individual venues/groups
  • Proactive, passionate, and results-driven with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong and collaborative communicator with excellent organization and numeracy skills
  • Ideal candidates will have a degree-level education and relevant sales or hospitality experience
