Premium On-Trade Development Specialist

We are partnering with a leading drinks business to find an experienced Business Development Manager to drive engagement in the on-trade and cultivate new business across multi-site groups.
Responsibilities- Oversee the London area and effectively manage existing on-trade relationships.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
- Develop new relationships to grow business and contribute to overall company goals.
- Identify long-term objectives, devise business development strategies, and collaborate with the team to achieve results.
- Promote premium brands by securing permanent menu fixtures, house pours, and hosting promotional events.
- You have experience managing on-trade customers within the London region.
- You possess a good understanding of the drinks industry.
- You can demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and consistently meet targets.
- You can manage your diary effectively to maximize client visits.
- You are a good team player but also a self-starter who can work independently.
