Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced On-Trade Account Manager to lead our commercial strategy for London HALO customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales/commercial experience, with a focus on On-Trade account management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is up to £55,000 + travel allowance + bonus.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work with a world leader in premium spirits, developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth across premium London accounts.

As an On-Trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key On-Trade customers in London, using your expertise to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across premium London accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key On-Trade customers in London.
  • Drive regular business performance reviews and forecasting, analysing key drivers of market results such as depletions, stock levels, brand activities, and competitor actions.
  • Own the P&L for London HALO customers, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Promote compliance and professionalism, staying well-informed of relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
