Premium On-Trade Account Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a Premium On-Trade Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and developing relationships with national accounts and premium groups in the on-trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts and premium groups, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Tender Management: Develop and implement effective tender strategies to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Account Management: Manage full account responsibility, including budget and discretionary investments, to drive margin growth and implement marketing activations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Proven track record in account management, with experience working in the drinks industry and a strong network of on-trade contacts.
- Sales Skills: Ability to develop compelling marketing and commercial tenders, leverage sponsorship events and local partnerships to boost brand visibility, and maintain regular communication with regional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the drinks industry, with experience working with RTM/Wholesalers and a proven ability to grow brands in premium groups.
