Senior On-Trade Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior On-Trade Account Manager to lead our commercial strategy for London's premium spirits market. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth across luxury hotel bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, and top cocktail bars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy for London's key On-Trade customers.
  • Take ownership of pricing and profitability goals for the market, ensuring alignment with long-term brand objectives.
  • Drive regular business performance reviews and forecasting, analysing key drivers of market results.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and build close partnerships with internal teams.
About You:
  • At least 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience in On-Trade account management.
  • Strong proficiency in accurate forecasting and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage data to build compelling commercial arguments.
