Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our account management team. As a key member of our sales and distribution team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools
