About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Senior Client Partner and lead the major account in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for growth in the UK, managing the operations and performance of the P&L, and driving the development of our propositions in partnership with Capgemini's service lines.

You will work closely with the E&U leadership team and the leaders of Capgemini's service lines to set and deliver on the account strategy. You will also be responsible for setting and agreeing annual budgets, managing an extended team that includes subject matter experts and sales executives across our service lines, and working with dedicated finance support teams to manage the levers of our P&L.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing CXO relationships and requisite gravitas, significant sales experience including large deal leadership, and experience of owning significant P&L's. You will also have a track record of being able to build successful and seamless teams and a mix of commercial/business and consulting experience.
