We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, covering the southern parts of the UK. Our client operates in the crane industry, offering a range of services and solutions to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop relationships with new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding standards at all times.
  • Create a sales pipeline to secure contracts in line with company utilisation, promoting sales for the specialist rental division.
  • Utilise business CRM to record all sales activities, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in the Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, or Crawler Crane industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics.
  • A strong relationship builder with a can-do attitude, able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • An established background in account management and new business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000, plus excellent bonus structure, company vehicle or car allowance, phone, laptop, private healthcare, and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
