You will work closely with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team to develop activation strategies that drive awareness and brand passion among luxury consumers.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in luxury product categories or high-end accounts in the on-trade sector, with a proven track record of managing multiple influential retail customers and building new opportunities. They will also possess advanced negotiation and customer relationship-building skills, as well as robust commercial understanding and P&L literacy.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
