**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of commercial strategies for key On-Trade customers in London.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of sales/commercial experience, with a focus on On-Trade account management. They will also have the ability to leverage data to build compelling commercial arguments and promote compliance and professionalism.

**About the Role:**

  • Liaise with internal teams, particularly commercial marketing and finance, to align with long-term brand and business objectives.
  • Drive regular business performance reviews and forecasting, analysing key drivers of market results such as depletions, stock levels, brand activities, and competitor actions.
  • Achieve annual RSVP3 goals (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at the account and store levels.
  • Take ownership of pricing and profitability goals for the market.
