Senior Sales Specialist

Welcome to On, the fastest growing premium sportswear brand. We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist - Fashion and Lifestyle to drive profitable and sustainable sales and market share growth across On's UK accounts.
Key Responsibilities- To represent our strategic Field accounts across our fashion and Lifestyle business, including Tier A fashion doors and department stores.
- Acting as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa, helping to manage all interfaces.
- To be the expert and key contact for assigned accounts and categories both internally and externally.
- To support the development of account strategies, formalizing them via Strategic Account Plans in alignment with the overall business and brand strategy.
- To lead the sell-in aligned to Seasonal priorities and ensure tools are in place to execute sell out.
- To agree on sell-out support where needed and formalize this via account marketing plans.
- To monitor sell-out and ensure timely order book conversion.
- To provide a regular forecast to support the monthly and annual financial target.
- To support negotiation and enforcement of ON trade terms.
- To measure progress on own KPIs.
- To monitor and report on customers' and competitors' activities, proposing and initiating actions.
- To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
This role requires at least 3 years of experience in an Account Management or similar strategic client management position, preferably within the sports, fashion, or retail sectors. Proven sales experience, strong communication skills, analytics, and industry knowledge are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driver's license and be comfortable traveling for business. Based in London or Manchester is preferred, but not required.
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience.
