We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team as a Regional Director for a dynamic and rapidly growing drinks company based in London.

With a strong presence in Mayfair and the luxury market, as well as On Trade businesses across London, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth and expand customer base in the region.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in London. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in retail and hospitality sectors, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.

You will also conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to develop promotional activities and campaigns, while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will inform sales strategies.

As a leader and mentor, you will foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, driving results-oriented performance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • Knowledge of the South of England market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
