Overview
Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the soft drinks channel.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus a company bonus scheme and excellent longer-term benefits.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a strong background in the FMCG/drinks industry. You will be responsible for winning new business, engaging with wholesaler sales and marketing teams, and ensuring customer success volume growth.
You will also be expected to create industry-related events, work closely with the marketing team, and think outside the box to drive sales growth. If you are a commercial/entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the soft drinks industry, we want to hear from you
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Solid account management experience in the FMCG/drinks industry.
- Proven commercial experience of selling to On-Trade, with a focus on luxury/premium/hospitality/events business.
- Excellent experience working in a commercial role in a drinks business, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
- A commercial/entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to think creatively and drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
