Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a National Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our natural health business in the UK market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful grocery channels and managing TOP 4 accounts in the FMCG sector. They should possess a genuine interest in our brand values and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our presence in the grocery channel, focusing on key retailers such as Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and others.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buying teams and category managers.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights to support the development of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.

About Our Salary:
The annual salary for this role is £48,000, plus a bonus package and company car.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful grocery channels and managing TOP 4 accounts.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
