Flywire is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and uncover new business potential with our existing portfolio of Education Clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Implementation, and Client Optimization teams to execute strategies designed to drive growth, increase revenue, and provide accurate issue resolution.

This role involves gaining a clear understanding of clients' goals at an organisational, departmental, and individual level and documenting them in strategic account plans. The ideal candidate will also manage stakeholder relationships, including increasing the breadth and seniority of contacts, and connect them with appropriate Flywire counterparts.

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' worlds and align Flywire's products and services with their objectives.
  • Work alongside Client Success and Consultants to capture in-depth knowledge of client operations, including student lifecycle and payer journey.
  • Map Flywire's wallet share of existing payment flow and unearth new opportunities for Flywire products and services.
  • Manage proposal writing, contract negotiations, and renewals.
  • Oversee deployment of Flywire assets working alongside Implementation and Client Success teams.
  • Lead an internal account team, ensuring there is a clear understanding of what we are trying to achieve with a client and escalating support requests or issues as appropriate.
