Job Summary

£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits per annum

This exciting role will see you executing the commercial strategy for London halo customers, driving business performance review and forecasting, and developing trusting relationships with distributors.

You will be accountable for pricing and profitability ambition for the market in partnership with commercial marketing, incorporating the long-term brand and business ambition.

About You
  1. A minimum of 2/3 years sales/commercial experience, including On Trade account management
  2. A strong ability to forecast accurately and an attention to detail
  3. Ability to use data to create commercial arguments
Key Responsibilities
  1. Execution of the commercial strategy for London halo customers
  2. Accountable for pricing and profitability ambition for the market in partnership with commercial marketing incorporating the long-term brand and business ambition.
  3. Drive monthly/ quarterly and annual business performance review and forecasting. Know the drivers underlying market results i.e. depletions, stock level, main activities for our brands and for competitors and share best practice
  4. Develop trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with distributors
  5. Build close and effective partnerships with all enabling functions internally especially commercial marketing and finance partner
  6. Champion compliance and professionalism. Keep well-informed of all relevant laws, regulations and policies and be comfortable to lead in crisis management situations
  7. Deliver on RSVP3 goals annually (Range, Space, Visibility, Price, Promotion & Persuasion) at Account & store level
  8. Value-added approach to sales & strong problem-solving skills
