Business Operations Assistant

Job Overview
The Business Support Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting operational and clinical staff within East Ayrshire Council. This includes processing referrals for services, ensuring accurate recording on relevant information systems, and assigning tasks to the appropriate team.

Requirements
The successful applicant must have access to the public sector network and complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time temporary post based within the Business Support team. The post holder will work 35 hours per week, with a flexible workstyle that includes working from an office location or multiple work locations. The admin base for this post is the Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
