Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize guidance for our website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage website content, publishing items on our website and maintaining our web site area.
  • Coordinate IMSO management and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Provide ORACLE training input-output and arrange meetings, take notes, and send invites.
  • Manage mailboxes, answer calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written skills and ability to take fast-paced minutes/notes.
  • Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment, managing competing priorities.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work, with excellent understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in talking with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
