Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Researcher to join our team at Trustpilot, Inc. This role plays a critical part in supporting our UX Research team, ensuring seamless research operations, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the operational backbone of user research initiatives, coordinating logistics, processes, and schedules to facilitate efficient and effective research activities.
  • Participant Recruitment: Develop and maintain a comprehensive participant recruitment strategy, utilizing databases, vendors, and screening protocols to engage the right users for research activities.
  • Process Streamlining: Collaborate with researchers to streamline study processes, including scheduling, tool setup, data collection, and analysis workflows.
  • Research Asset Management: Create, develop, and maintain research assets, repositories, and documentation to ensure insights are accessible to cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Facilitation: Organize research sessions, workshops, and meetings to effectively share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Research Operations or UX Operations role, or relevant experience in a support role within a user research or UX team.
  • Comprehensive organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and maintain positive relationships with research participants.
  • Experience with participant recruitment and screening, with familiarity in managing databases, participant consent, and other logistical aspects of user research.
  • An understanding of research methods and tools, as well as a willingness to learn and support various stages of the research process.
