The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer orders and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and colleagues
  3. Contribute to the smooth operation of the team by providing administrative support and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and resolve issues promptly

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 24 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, free parking, pension, and on-site facilities. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
