The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and colleagues
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the team by providing administrative support and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and resolve issues promptly
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including 24 days' holiday + Bank Holidays, free parking, pension, and on-site facilities. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
