Job Role: Wealth Management Support Specialist
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Location: Sevenoaks District
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Wealth Management Support Specialist within our financial planning firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries, chasing outstanding requirements, and ensuring efficient advice processes. You will also be responsible for organisational tasks such as diary management, data input into our CRM system, and office administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality financial advice
- Manage client diaries, appointments, and meeting locations
- Support data input into our CRM system
- Contribute to the development of operational processes
