Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Page Personnel Sales, a well-established business in the property industry.

About the Role:
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day running of the office, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, providing excellent communication and organisational skills, handling correspondence and queries from clients and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, adhering to company and industry regulations, oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organisational abilities, proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients, strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A competitive salary in the range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, an exciting opportunity to work in the property industry, with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
