Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist - Service Delivery to join our team at Zoom Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Manager and assisting with various tasks related to our Service / Service-Tracker system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including proofreading emails and reports.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and training on our Service / Service-Tracker system.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Answer service line calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support technicians with queries, access requests, and problems.
  • Manage RAMS.
  • Log job-work orders onto the system and proofread when required.
  • Help technicians with mobile phone setup and problems.
  • Explain contract details to enquiring technicians.
  • Check and report on technicians' service status.
  • Block treatment administration, including sending letters, organizing technicians, and typing reports.
  • Help organize holiday cover for technicians.
