About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our property company, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and contributing to the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and secretarial skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle correspondence and queries
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
