Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at KIMS Hospital. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding services within our Sevenoaks Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with consultants and healthcare professionals to maximize capacity and efficiencies.
  • Analyse financial and activity data to identify trends and drive business opportunities.
  • Develop new services by leading specialty-specific projects and collaborating with local businesses.
  • Bid partnership opportunities to deliver seamless referral pathways with other primary care providers.
About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be working closely with our consultants, management, and primary care providers to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a private hospital setting, specifically in business development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare specialties, and private healthcare practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights.
