Business Process Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Process Support Specialist to join our Finance Operations team in North Kent. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to maintaining efficient business processes and supporting our Financial Operations function.
Main Responsibilities:- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, including their creation, approval, and payment processing.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize errors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of business procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling cash flow through effective financial reporting.
- Developing and delivering training sessions to improve employee knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable, and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary range of £42,000 to £52,000, along with comprehensive benefits, including 25 days annual leave, enhanced pension scheme, generous parking provision, and ongoing professional development opportunities, make this role truly rewarding.
