We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Sevenoaks head office, with travel requirements across London, the South East, and South West.

The successful candidate will identify training needs and deliver heavy plant operation training and health and safety training across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating individual, web-based, or group training sessions as required
  • Assisting in maximising grants and industry rebates

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, opportunities for internal and external training, and access to shopping discounts through our Rewarding Great People platform.
