Administrative Support Professional

About the Job:
An Administrative Support Professional is needed to provide business and private support to a professional family based in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of personal tasks efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property management for the family's main UK residence and rental properties, as well as coordinating family calendars and arrangements.
Duties and Qualifications:
- Conduct thorough business research and gather relevant reports to inform decision-making.
- Liaise with agents and contractors as necessary.
- Plan school events and research family holidays.
Key Requirements:
- Full driving license and car essential.
- Flexibility to work onsite 3 days a week and travel on local errands as required.
- Ability to travel internationally (optional).
- Familiarity with hybrid working models and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Location: Sevenoaks, Kent.
