Key Responsibilities
In this role as a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability in the Midlands & South region. You will develop sales within your dedicated region, aligned to individual and team KPIs, and own entire sales processes, from contacting potential customers to closing deals.

You will build strong client relationships, generate additional sales opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met to a high standard. This includes collaboration with procurement, stock, production, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Expenses + Yearly Bonus is available for the successful candidate.
