We are seeking a talented and experienced business development leader to join our team as a Lead Business Developer for an IT services company.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 members to achieve sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and goal-setting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and meet objectives
- Monitor industry trends and oversee proposals, presentations, and minimal travel for client meetings and events
Key Responsibilities:
