Business Development Lead

A leading engineering manufacturer is seeking an innovative Business Development Lead to spearhead business development initiatives in the Water Jetting and High-Pressure Water Sector. As part of the Verto People team, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in this sector. This includes managing relationships with key clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging market insights to identify opportunities for expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Water Jetting and High-Pressure Water Sector, as well as a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In return, you will receive a competitive salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, bonus scheme, company pension, medical care, additional benefits, and a company car. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
