An exciting opportunity has arisen within WTW Networks Division for an experienced insurance professional to head up the Business Partner Team. As a key member of our Network Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategy development and work closely with management colleagues on operational issues across the business.

The role requires engaging, developing, and retaining colleagues through effective management practices. This includes ensuring annual goals, regular performance discussions, and ongoing feedback and recognition. You will also be responsible for fostering an inclusive team culture and supporting colleagues' wellbeing.

As Lead Business Partner, you will lead the team from the front, acting as an escalation point and managing your own panel of Network Members. To achieve this, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Network Members' businesses - their aims, objectives, and personnel - to support them in accessing the Willis Towers Watson Networks proposition at the right time for their business.

You will work closely with selected Network Members across the UK, understanding their placement strategies and working with appropriate Network markets to deliver placement solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with Insurer Partners at an operational level, providing insight, identifying opportunities, and resolving issues with our Network Members.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering budgeted revenue growth and operating income targets allocated to you and your team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and partnership development, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of WTW Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or insurance)
  • Proven experience in relationship management or business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
