We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Director to contribute to our company's sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include supervising a nationwide sales team and building long-term relationships with key customers.

About This Opportunity

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead a high-performance sales team, and establish productive relationships with large customers.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Lead a nationwide sales team to meet sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with major customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to suggest improvements
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and identify new market opportunities
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record as a National Sales Manager or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service skills with excellent negotiation abilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
